We hope that you will be delighted with your Manuao Makeup purchase. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that items are in their original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Due to health regulations, products cannot be returned if they have been used in any manner.
For return purchases, shipping costs associated with the return will NOT be covered by Manuao Makeup.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is well protected before its returned. Items damaged on return due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
DAMAGED GOODS
Should you receive a damaged item in the post, this needs to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please email photo evidence of the damaged item. No refunds will be issued on damaged goods, but we will happily replace your items at no cost to the customer.
Any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
